Throughout her career Deidre has built large-scale sales and operations teams that achieve high performance by creating possibilities that are above and beyond the usual. By establishing a communication framework throughout the organization, Deidre forges a culture of positive energy, career advancement and a focus on success that harnesses the team’s potential and enables them to reach beyond peak performance. Previously Deidre led sales at Percussion's sister company, Rapid7, a provider of Unified Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing solutions. Deidre’s teams doubled the company’s new revenue each of the last four years. By creating a culture of success from driving both transactional and enterprise level sales, Rapid7 is today achieving critical market scale. Prior to Rapid7, Deidre built and led the sales team at Stride and Associates, providers of technology recruiting solutions and also a sister company to Percussion. While at Stride and Associates, Deidre hired, trained, and developed the inside telesales team that grew to over 27 offices and 90 practice teams throughout the United States. | Mark SomolChief Financial OfficerMark Somol joins Percussion as Chief Financial Officer where he is responsible for leading finance and corporate development as well as helping to drive business strategy. Mark is deeply passionate about building technology companies stemming from his 20 year career in both venture-funded high-growth companies and as a venture capitalist. Prior to joining Percussion, Mark served as CFO and COO at Mzinga, a social software and analytics company, and was a Principal at NeoCarta Ventures, a $300M venture capital fund. At NeoCarta, Mark worked closely with the CEOs of portfolio companies on business strategy, raising capital, M&A transactions, and operations. After beginning his career at Oracle, he helped to grow the Oracle Financing Division from a $150M US operation to a $500M global business. Mark holds a BS in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. | |
| Vern ImrichChief Technical OfficerVern is responsible for assessing market needs and creating the long term strategic vision for Percussion products and technology. In his 13 years at Percussion, he has defined or guided the product direction of virtually every Percussion product, including a foundational role in the Percussion CM System. He frequently speaks and writes on Web best practices and technologies such as the use of social media, content and XML. | Aaron DunVice President of Marketing & StrategyAaron Dun drives marketing and strategy for Percussion. Aaron has over 15 years’ experience leading marketing, and connecting marketing performance to sales achievement for technology companies. Aaron was most recently Senior Vice President of Marketing at Ness Technologies, a global technology services firm, where he led marketing for its $200M North American business unit and the company’s global interactive efforts. He was responsible for all aspects of marketing and inside sales, tripling marketing’s contribution to the unit’s pipeline in just 15 months. Prior to Ness Technologies Aaron drove marketing for Lionbridge Technologies, a leading provider of translation services, where he helped launch their Freeway language portal that connects content management systems to its translation process. Previously he led global communications for Softscape and communications teams for Lois Paul & Partners a leading technology public relations agency. Aaron holds a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA with high honors from Boston University. | |

Since joining Percussion in 2001, Audra has also been responsible for the global financial and administrative operations. Prior to joining Percussion, Audra was the Corporate Controller for both Marathon Technologies, a provider of high availability software products, and Spacetec IMC Corporation, a publicly traded provider of 3D interactive motion control hardware. Audra worked for Ernst & Young LLP in the Entrepreneurial Services Group, where she earned her CPA accreditation. Audra holds a BS and MBA from Boston University. | |
